Hello

I am a new member - I've already posted on the Challenge but I'm still kinda of new at this posting stuff - I get mixed up! I've been getting Calories Per Hour for about 1 year and when I saw the Challenge - it came just as I was looking for a way to lose weight.  I have generally watched my diet for the last 30 years and I've been able to maintain. I've been on Weight Watchers and was a lifetime member - I work out pretty regularly, I subscribe to Health/Self/Fitness/Shape Magazines just to keep me motivated.  After I hit 50 things got a bit tougher - it seemed like everything I ate just stuck to me despite my regular workouts.  So I have decided it is time to conquer the weight gain - I have about 10 pounds to lose and I know some will think its not much but when you are short and small framed - it is a lot - plus some of my clothes are a bit too snug!

So I am excited to join and I love reading all of the tips and comments. I'm ramping up my cardio and now tracking the food - happy to be on board!
