Hi!!! I'm KimmieW. I have decided that it is time for me to finally lose my final 30 lbs. This past year I lost 32 lbs. It is quite slow but steady. I did have a friend that I worked out with and we weighed in together, but it seems that we just can't get our schedules to line up anymore so here I am hoping that I will find the support that I need here. I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and wonderful New Year.
