well, I guess a little bit about me- I'm 27, living in NYC, and am trying (probably for the first time ever) to lose some weight. I've always been overweight- y'know, in the "I was the fat kid in ballet class" kinda way, lol. but I've also always been pretty active, though, and I walk everywhere- primarily 'cause I can't drive.
I've also been vegan (no animal products/bi-products) for about two years now. For that reason, most of my food is home-cooked (so I know what's in it.) I've been trying to watch my portions lately. but honestly, diet-wise, I'm not sure if I can eat a whole lot healthier than I already do!
at the moment, I'm about 170lbs (at 5' 3") and I think my "ideal" weight is about 50lbs lighter than that...which is mind-boggling to me. I don't think I've been that light since grade school!

Hi random!!
Wow, vegan, I could never do that.
Doesn't being shorter make it so hard?! (I'm 5'4) I mean, if we could just grow four inches, we wouldn't have to lose any weight at all
Hope you enjoy CPH!
