Good Morning!

I just came across this site, looking for some type of forum to help me discuss my weight loss. I am currently at 126-128 (it varies everytime I weight myself) and my goal is to be at least 120, but shooting for 115.

My son was born 9 1/2 months ago- I was up to 187 when he was born, so, I've already lost a considerable amount of weight. But these last 20 pounds are SLOWLY inching off, and I feel I have no motivation to loose them. But, I also am obsessive about the way my body looks, so I know I NEED to loose this last little bit of weight.

Shortly after my son was born I started dieting hardcore- like, nothing more than 600- 800 calories a day. Basically, I was eating green beans, or another kind of green vegetable. I am doing about 1400-1600 calories a day right now, which seems like SO MANY, even though with all the charts I read- to maintain my weight is 2000, so I should still be loosing, slowly. I feel like I am eating so many calories though!

I also work out 3-4 times a week for about an hour- an hour and a half. Numerous machines, and occasionally cardio.

I hope to get to know ya'll better, and get, and give some great advise!

How do you find time for your hour-long workouts?!?!  I have a 6 month old, and I'm struggling with the last 5 pounds or so of baby fat too.  Naptimes are when I do the housework and all my other to-dos.

Anyway, hats off to you Samantha... slow and steady is the way to go!

I'm with my son during the day (I bring him to work with me), so my husband will watch him after we both get home from work- while I go work out.

When my husband isn't available to watch him, I will occasionally take him to the gym with me, they have a childcare center- and one of my sister's friends run it. So, I feel comfortable with the person that would watch him while I work out.
