Hi everyone I'm new to the forum, my name is Rafael, I'm 20 years old and my current weight is 162 with a BMI of 25.6, I eat a lot when anxious and that has caused me to gain weight, last year I used to go to the gym every day but this year is being busier for me as what I study requires a lot of time and also some nasal problems I have make it difficult for me to breathe when exercising (will be gettin surgery soon to fix it) . I wanna look and feel the way I did before and even better. I joined the forums because it motivates me to know there are people with similar situations and I feel more commited to it, to try not to fail and eat stuff I don't need to. I also want to learn about healthy food and keep the discipline for living a healthy life and to always look good :)
