Hi,
I'm new on here and trying to find inspiration and motivation to keep going. Have been trying to lose weight for the past month (although this is not the first time). I watch what i eat and have started exercising with the help of wii fit and davina mccall fitness dvd, However as progress is going at a slow but steady pace (i can't see a difference but others believe they can) i some times go into dips where motivation just leaves me. hoping this place may help with that.

I'm a new member myself! It's great to see other people trying to do something about their body instead of having a "let it be" attitude.
Well, motivation is something only you can provide. I personally have my eyes on a girl that I like, and she gave me the motivation and inspiration to eat right and work out. Take note that she's actually taken by another guy, BUT like what I've told you, she's just an inspiration NOTHING MORE. It also helped me boost my self esteem, making me genuinely happy.
I used to weight 208 lbs at 5'8. Now I weight 185 lbs in just 2 weeks of 1 hour daily exercises and proper eating (I NEVER ate veggies until last month!)
