Thank you for this great forum. :)
I'm currently at a good weight (60kg) for my height (175cm). However, I want to continue to maintain my weight and that could be bit challenging for me. :P I also need to work on my stamina (not 100% sure if that's the right word because I'm Dutch). Even though I enjoy a good exercise I find it difficult to do them on a regular basis. I'll be reading these forums, they appear very informative.
