Hello. Thought I would introduce myself.

About me: Hmm. I'm 26 years old, 6'4 and 280 pounds. I've made many changes in my life recently and am now starting on the weight one.

Goals: I'm a big guy (like linebacker big) and don't feel standard weight charts take into account my size properly. Even though 'charts' say I should be around 180 I disagree. So my goal is to get down to 225-230.

How I'm Getting There: Making changes. Diet and exercise. I'm also experimenting with teas, supplements, and diet pills to help control appetite.

Changes I've made: Biggest change, switching to diet soft drinks if I have to have one. I'd like to switch completely over to water, tea and coffee...but its a step in the right direction.

What I'm focusing on now: Sticking to regular exercise and replacing bad snacking habits (I got rid of my potato chips and bought some yogurt).
