Hi.

New guy here. 57 years old and 35 pounds lost in past 8 weeks. I know it sounds like a fairy tale, but I'm thrilled. I'm packing on muscle faster than when I was a young man.

Science has come a long way and diets and exercise programs are more effective.

I spent a number of dollars on several fat burning methods, and ended up "kinda" putting my own agenda together with bits and pieces of the ones I bought. the breakthrough came when I learned to make my body flip the switch from fat saving mode to fat burning mode. I'm not here to promote my agenda and I certainly am selling nothing. I'm just trying to encourage everyone that weight loss is indeed possible...even in your later years. 

I'm more than willing to freely share what I do with anyone who is interested and will help any way I can.

Meanwhile I wish you all the best and offer congratulations to all who have decided to change their lives.
