My name is Cassandra and I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to find ways to keep myself motivated and to educate myself as I lose weight. I'm 20 years old and I've been overweight since I was a kid. I'm 5'4" and I currently weigh about 260 pounds. My goal is to lose about fifty pounds in the next year. I have dieted on and off my whole life but I have a very difficult time losing weight and an even harder time staying motivated.
I'm looking forward to learning from other people who have shared my challenges and to joining you all on this journey.
