My name is Emily im in my 20s and struggling to lose weight i weigh 180. The cause of my depression mainly comes from my weight obviously, i'm trying my best to get down to 120 or below.  I started the middle of last month exersizing everyday for 1 or 2 hours. I don't eat but one or two times a day but it seems like this is very hard to lose the weight im impatient and want this digusting fat off.
