Hello Everyone,
My name's Sam from 'downunder' Australia. I'm a self-confessed 'geek' who probably spends too much time on the PS3 and youtube... it's little wonder I stacked on so many kilos.
I joined this forum after looking through a couple of threads and found that the people here seem really friendly and most importantly are honest in the tips and advice they seem to give.
I've been scammed and lied to so many times; I've tried a ton of rubbish products fat burner pills, colon cleanse and acai berry stuff. I never seem to lose anything, except for my money!
Anyway, to end on a positive note a big HELLO to everyone, and hopefully i'll find the right way to lose weight here on these forums.

Welcome to  Sammy! You've come to the right place. Like you said, everyone here is very supportive and genuine.
I think documenting your goals in a diary here can help a lot and there is usually a weight loss challenge going on.
