hi everyone i'm new here and am planning to join the fat loss 4 idiots diet.but i need certain questions to be answerd.
1. foods can be cooked in oil?
2. is there a lot of choice in non- veg foods(i don't eat pork,turkey )
3.if the diet menu generates fish like halibut(we dont have same fishes as in usa) or supermarket ready products like pastrami, can we alter it(i basically i eat fresh foods cooked at home).
