Hello everyone.  My name is Sandie and have tried the fat loss for idiots diet generator in the past.  i found that 4meals was just not enough for me, so i am going to try the Beyond Calories this time.  I have found myself gaining weight a lot quicker this past year. I am now at my heaviest that I have EVER been.  I'm 5'4 and 260lbs.  Well this morning it was saying 258, so we will see what tomorrow says before i start the diet.  i am excited to do this. 

I have a plan, believe it or not.  Along with the beyond calories, plan to use my treadmill at least 1-2 times a day, even if its only 15 min at a time plus walking on my breaks at work. In the past, I found that I lost more when I walked through out the day. fingers crossed.

I do have one simple question though.. when the diet talks about sausage links.. does it matter if its breakfast sausage or the other mild/hot/med sausage links?  I read it as the mild/hot/med sausage links, but I could be wrong.
