How to survive Halloween!

Ok?σΤιΌ?ͺ?σΤιΌ?ͺ?σΤιΌ?ͺ so, Halloween is coming?σΤιΌ?ͺ?σΤιΌ?ͺ?σΤιΌ?ͺthe nightmare for weight loss, right? Not anymore!

Here are some ways that you can still have (in moderation of course!) sweet treats or go trick or treating (if you still do) and still loose weight!

Things you can have?σΤιΌ?ͺ?σΤιΌ?ͺ. (dont go overboard, there is something called too much of a good thing)

(callories are about, not exact)

Smarties -each roll has only 20 to 30 calories in each! (and no fat)
Save those Halloween Pretzel bags!
Crystal Light hard candy can help you survive (sugar free/fat free)
Peppermints -25 calories each
Twizzlers -50 cal each
Hershey's Kisses- 25 cal each
mini lollipop- 20 cal each
Chewing sugar free gum can actually kill your hunger
Those mini sized candy bars (not the FUN-sized) -about 20 cal each

Are your not-so-good favorites haunting you? Throw them into your candy bowl and give them back out! (If you leave them in your house you will eat them)

Did you get big bags of the "healthier" candy? If so, re-bag them into personal size baggies so you can control how much you eat at once.

Party tips

Candy/carmel Apples- don't be fooled by the fact that there is "apple" in the name!!!

Take some healthy things from the party food table with your plate. Once you're done, THROW IT OUT! If you save your plate you will think about going back for more!
