| I eat only 1200-1400 calories a day. I use to have 1800-2000 a day. I burn at least 1300 by doing nothing. I get at least 45 minutes of exercise. I get eight hours of sleep and have all my vitamins. I have 9 glasses of water everyday and one glass of green tea with lemon in the morning. I walk and dance. Sometimes I run. I do some situps, like 20 everyday. I'm 5'1 and 107 pounds and I'm 13. Please don't make any comments about that. So, in like a month, how much weight will I have lost? (I started this yesterday) Thanks :)

Yes - using the RMR calculator on this website I work out that your "sedentary maintenance" is 1474 calories (the number of calories you need to just stay the same)

Most of your deficit will be coming from the exercise (which is a healthy way of doing it). I would estimate about 4-6 pounds in a month.
I would not shoot for faster results because at BMI 20.2 your starting point is being lean and also you don't want to restrict calories or you will miss out on growing and developing - for example people grow in height to their mid-twenties.
