Hello all, I just wanted to let everyone know about the Biggest Loser Workout Video!
This is a good video, they combine Cardio and Strength training (2 different days) one day you will work on the cardio, the next work on the strength training! I really felt it after using it...!!!!
Anyhow, I like this video because they use "real" people, which kept me movitated, because if I can see Andrea say doing this workout and she was as big as me, then it'll keep me going. Overall I think it's a good workout and I just wanted to share that with you guys.
If anyone else has this, please post and let me know your thoughts. Or if anyone decides to go out and give it a try, let me know your thoughts as well!

| i was just wondering where i could purchase this video, i watched the show and suzy was a big inspiration to me... i do not curently have a work out routine and i desparatley need to be on one and want to start one that is realistic and can help me lose weight effectively...thanks

I believe my sister got it off the website. I can find out from her the next time I talk to her, but i'm pretty sure she got it from the website because she got a book with it too. Suzy's on the video which is cool! I liked her and Andrea both, and it's very realistic and depending on where you are can kick your butt, my body was definitely feeling it when I first did it, but atleast I know it's working.....
Anyhow, i'll check with my sister and post back on here later!
