This DVD is about a hour long.  It is broken into 4 sections, cardio, upper body, lower body, and abs.  It comes with a fitness band.  Denise recommends that you do cardio on Mon, Wed, Fri... the upper, lower, and abs on Tues and Thurs, and then the whole thing on sat, Sunday you can have off.  I did not like this workout at all.  First of all, you have to wrap the band around your hands or they keep sliding out of your hands, but when you wrap them around your hands they cut off the circulation and that HURTS.  Then she has you wrap them around your body or get into weird positions and the bands end up rubbing you and that is uncomfortable.  The cardio part is only 20 minutes and I did not feel like I had really worked out after I was done.  So, to sum it up, try it if you want, but I really would not waste my money or time!!!
