This DVD consists of 3 ten minute workouts, with one bonus workout, so really their are 4 ten minute workouts.  I do not know why they don't just say their are 4, but whatever.  On to what I thought of the workout.  It was fun, but difficult.  Lots and lots of different moves that are not broke down, as far as I am concerned.  I ended up not finishing it because I got frustrated.  So, if you can catch on quickly this may be good for you.  It did look fun and it is upbeat.  But if you do not catch on, and do not want to waste your time trying quite a few times to catch on, don't bother.
