I know some people find this degrading but there were some moments on this seasons episodes that I found very touching. Chasity Bono was a real trooper as was Kelly LeBrock. A rapper named Bizarre (I was not familiar with him before this show) and another singer named Young MC (I think) really did well. Jeff Conway, from Taxi fame, Countess Vaughn, Bruce Valanch, Gunther Nelson (Ricky's son and 1/2 of the band of the long, blond haired band the Nelsons) and Tempest Bledsoe of the old Cosby show were all there. I actually was moved to tears several times but I do cry easily.
I also admit to watching all the weightloss programs. I watch in search of inspiration. I really enjoy watching the success of all the contestants.

| I love this show!!! I just watched the final show!! Kinda sad it's over I would watch it while I was on the elipitacal machine. I am sad it's over, I wish I knew what kinda of food diet they were on!!!@

| Yes, it is sad it is over. Kelly LeBrock was very moved by the ending also. She was in tears. She and Bizarre seemed to have had a connection. She looks amazing after her weight loss! I felt very sorry for Countess Vaughn. Bless her heart. I think it was very poor timing for her to try to be on that show when she was going through such trauma. Of course, maybe the divorce was a surprise to her. If so her husband was a thoughtless jerk. I am not sure what their food plan was either.
