I am into purchasing some new workout videos. Jillian Michaels fromt he Biggest loser show has a set out now. Are they worth the money ? Are they suitable for a somewhat active person Any thing a alll that you know about them

Hello again -
Just about any workout is good that gets you exercising. Exercise burns calories = sheds fat.
But try to do some weights work too. That's a great fat burner.
With cardio, make sure you don't work too intensely until you're sure your fitness is up to it (ask your doctor).
