Hi, I have a question about portion size, I?é??m eating healthy food but I think that maybe my portions are too big, so even though I?é??m eating right maybe I?é??m eating too much?
Does anybody know anything about portion size?

One approach is to figure out how many calories you need to eat (using the calculators on this website - click 'calories burned calculator' link at top of page) and then use the 'food calories & nutrition calculator' to see how many calories in various sized portions. That 2nd calculator will give the calories in portions specified either by volume or by weight so it is reasonably flexible.
you'll probably find more vague articles on the internet, referring to things like decks of cards, golf balls etc for various foods, but basically everything always boils down to calories so if you're brave enough you can cut out the middle man and just figure out how much you're eating
