I was in the freezer section in walmart and noticed they had some Lean Cuisine pizzas that boasted only 350 calories. I bought one, but I might not eat it. I checked the serving size, and it does say 1 full pizza per serving. Is there anything bad in these that I should avoid? Or are they totally fine to eat?

| Yeah, I'd say they are okay to eat. They do have a ton of salt though. I eat these type of things for lunch all the time. They are convienient and fairly good. Kashi makes a healthier pizza though that tastes great! And I think the Healthy Choice ones are a little lower in Salt. One other thing you can do is make a piece homemade out of Whole Grain Bread, sauce, and a little low fat cheese. Much better.

| I found these organic fozen pizzas today. I think the brand is Amy's. They're about 100 calories more per pizza than lean cuising, but they're also a little bigger and think better for you. I used to buy the lean cuising ones all the time for when I got the drunk munchies, they taste pretty good!

To me, anything pre-prepared and frozen like that is not something I consider to be healthy. Sure, once in a while is totally fine (moderation) but a "meal in a box" is not my cup of tea.
And the sodium too ..... huge!
