Ok so I finally reached my weight goal of 130 and so yesterday to celebrate remember it has been 75 days for me with out any junk what so ever so I had a tiny rice krispie treat home made and a reese's peanut butter cup. Well some how I weigh 128.5 now hah idk weight changes. But thats lower then I wanted well any who I really want a slice of pizza I haven't had pizza or anything like that in a very long time it is papa johns pizza (not a huge fan but whatever) What if I eat one slice of originial crust pepperoni pizza is that ok. Oh and I had some pretzels today a snack size bag 110 cals and 1 gram of fat and a slice of cheese well thats not all I ate but that I hadn't eaten pretzels or a slice of cheese in 75 days either hahah

| My opinion is that EVERYTHING is OK as long as you eat in moderation and take it in to account. As long as you are still within whatever your caloric goals for the day are, it's fine.

I would just stop watching calories entirely. Just eat anything and everything you want, and don't worry about moderation or portion sizes or anything. Just step on the scale every day, and just keep doing it until you reach 135. Once you do, diet until you're back down to 130. You might even find that you never even reach 135 no matter what.

Next time ask them to get a thin crust (no pepperoni) pizza for you. Much lower in calories and quite tasty.

That is a bad idea! Why should she do that after all the hard work she put in?? Portion size and moderation is key after reaching your goal weight. You can enjoy what you want to eat and size ,moderation will let you eat fun stuff without over doing it. I have maintained my goal weight of 165 since July and still being able to have some fun stuff to eat by watching portion size moderation ,and staying active

yea no offense but if I went to just eating whatever I wanted to and not caring or watching portion sizes that would be so dumb in my opinion. So I am still watching carefully and eating healthy and I still haven't gone out to eat or gone to a fast food place or eaten anything really un healthy. Oh well.

The philosophy of eating what you want might work better for people who actually get those lovely little signals to stop eating. I can sit down and eat over 3000 calories within a few minutes, so that's really not prudent for some of us...
