I love to cook and come up with all these crazy healthy things to make. But, since I am the only one dieting in my house, most of my family won't even try some of the stuff I make.
So, what do you do with all the leftovers?
I try to freeze stuff and eat it later, but usually it just gets thrown out. Like yesterday I made this chicken stuff. It's really good, but I know no one here will eat it. I could eat it the rest of the week. But, I really wanted to make some other stuff today. So, I will probably freeze it for next week.
Anyway, just curious if anyone else has a problem with this.

I don't make much in surplus. I do cook my chicken for 3 days, cantaloupe and pineapple lasts a few days, and my salad lasts about a week or so.
I do buy 3 loaves of my bread at a time, and freeze the other 2, because only Super Target sells it that I've found, and it's a bit of a trek out.
Has your husband not started eating healthier? Tell him to be open to new things! There are plenty of dishes out there that are healthy and taste good.

He doesn't eat to bad. He would probably eat a whole lot better if I cooked more often the things he likes.
But, I really can't stand eating the same thing all the time. So, I am always trying new things and recipes.
I have finally got him to eat a little bit of turkey in stuff instead of hamburger.
