OK, I need a little bit of help.

First of all, I eat salad most days of the week, and it is all veggies, with the occasional addition of peanuts and/or pineapple.

Up until about a couple of weeks ago, I ate it without dressing, because I really couldn't find one that was worth it. I used to use Salad Spritzer, but it has corn syrup, so I gave it the boot.

So...I found a new dressing that has made my salad much more manageable. It is Full Circle Organic Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. It is very low in everything, but tastes pretty good, and is actually pretty sweet. I'm going to list the nutrition info and ingredients here, and perhaps you can tell me if something is taboo. Also, I usually eat two servings on my salad (4 tbsp.).

Serving Size: 2 tbsp.
Servings Per Container: 8

Calories: 5
Total Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium 10mg
Total Carbohydrates: 1g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 0g

Ingredients: Organic cider vinegar, organic honey, organic expeller soy oil, organic raspberries, water, organic tapioca starch, organic raspberry concentrate, organic red grape concentrate, organic dijon mustard (organic cider vinegar, water, organic mustard seed, salt, organic spices), xantham gum, salt, organic spice extract.

Does anything look awry here? I'm surprised that it only has 1 gram of sugar since it contains raspberry and grape juices. They must be present in really low amounts.

I want to eat this without feeling guilty, but I've learned that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Just want to make sure that I'm not missing something here.

Thanks!

I'm a little surprised it only has 1g of sugar too, with honey being the second ingredient on the list.

But other than my suspicions about that it looks like a pretty good find.  (Re: sugar content - since I am diabetic I follow the stand rule that I don't eat anything that has a sugar content of more than 5g per serving.  Even at 2 servings I doubt the sugar content could be that off on their labels so it seems like a good choice. )

Heh, that's an amazing breakdown. It is too good to be true. You owe to yourself to hoard every last bottle you can find!
