I made this thing last night and it was good that I had to share.

I had shrimp left over from making kabos over the weekend. They were in Italian dressing in the refrigerator for two days. Plus, I had leftover peppers and stuff.

So, I took a pan out and put a little bit of olive oil in it. about two tablespoons. Then I dump dressing and shrimp in, some peppers (all colors of the bell peppers) and onions. Then I added some leftover cut up tomatoes from the walking tacos that we had. Cooked it all until the peppers were tender and the tomato juice formed a nice thick sauce. Oh my god....it was so good.

I am going to try it again today with cod. I'm out of shrimp. I hope it taste just as good.
