Why? I thought this was like the healthiest wonder bread cause it was whole wheat! But once I got home, I compared the nutrition facts of it and the Wonder Enriched White Bread, and the Enriched White is wayy healthier!!
The enriched white only has slightly lower calories, but it also has a lot more nutrients too! And it tastes good.
Just a warning... Don't get fooled into thinking the whole wheat wonder bread is the healthiest like me lol. I just assumed it was healthier cause it was brown.

Ooh yeah my mom bought the Sara Lee last time and I thought it was really good too, it only had like 70 cals and didn't taste as wheaty as others.

I've learned not to trust the label. Many foods out there claim to be the best, more nutrition.
If I'm interested in something I compare nutrition info next to other brands while I am still in the store.
