I've heard lots of people mentioning how good popcorn is as a snack. The air-popped plain stuff. I bought a bag of kernals [is that the right word?] today finally, and it says to use 60g, with no indication of how many servings that would be for. I know it's cheap, but I don't really like waste and/or risking the chance of eating the lot if it's too much
So how much popcorn do you pop?
And while we're here, what do you season/flavour yours with?
I was going to have it plain, but there's a grinder full of chilli salt in the cupboard that I haven't found a use for yet!
Looking forward to your replies

When I use my air-popper I tend to use a minimum of 40g because if I use less it seems to not work (or rather, the proportion of unpopped kernels is unsatisfyingly high).
Once popped, though, I might not eat the entire quantity at once. They can be stored in tuppaware containers and last a few days before they go stale.
If I am travelling then I pack them so that I know exactly how many calories in each box i.e. I'd pack 50 or 75 calories in each box.
Oh, and I am no use to use on the flavour front - I just got used to eating them plain.
Ps you can reheat the popped popcorn in the microwave

Ah, I thought that might be partly to do with why my microwave experiments didn't work, I was using 6g and then 15g. The packet says 60g, so maybe they knew that it wouldn't work with less. Not sure I want to have popped popcorn lying around in containers though.
Yeah, I really enjoyed them plain yesterday actually :) This is really going to help me get through some long work sessions, if I ever get back into working.
