| Is this stuff good for you. It is just carbonated water. No caffeine, sugar or sodium. Is it the same as drinking regular water?

well, from what i know, carbonation isn't really that great for you- it's actually pretty bad for your teeth. not sure abot how it is for the rest of your body though...
i did find this article...
Carbonation has both benefits and risk to human health.
Carbonation is known to kill bacteria that may cause infection.
You may choose carbonated water if you are traveling in a foreign
country to prevent a negative reaction to the country?óÔé¼Ôäós bacteria.
USA Weekend Magazine (September 2-4, 1994)
In an article in
?óÔé¼?ôMindconnection?óÔé¼Ôäós Information Connection: How to Have Healthy Skin?óÔé¼?Ø
we learn that carbonation can break down calcium in the human body,
which can be a risk to weak tooth structure and in severe cases lead
to osteoporosis.
In her article ?óÔé¼?ôNatural Remedies for Heartburn?óÔé¼?Ø, Alli Parker explains
other risks involving carbonation including esophagus irritation leading
to bloating or indigestion.
?óÔé¼?ôLife?óÔé¼Ôäós Essentials?óÔé¼?Ø by Alli Parker
Carbonation also increases the absorption of alcohol in the bloodstream,
according to the article Basic Alcohol Information
I hope this helps!
oh, and it is absorbed and metabolized like regular water, so essentially, you are still hydrating your self. wiki has some other things to say on carbonated water, if you trust wiki....

Thanks Zenobia. I tried doing some internet research, but I'm not vey good at that. I was just hoping I could drink that in place of water, but I will split it in half. Have some La croix and some plain water.
Thanks!
