i was wondering who here like myself is a mustard fan applying it on who knows what from sandwiches, salads dressings etc... what are everyones favorite..anyone here enjoy dijon (like Grey Poupon Mustard) more so than a yellow mustard.

I like honey mustard personally.  Maybe it's that sweet tooth!
For a quick and healthy "salad dressing" I thin honey mustard or dijon mustard with some kind of vinegar (white wine vinegar or balsamic).  Very tangy but fat free!

Mmm that sounds good, I've never had that. On Thanksgiving i actually had some savory honey mustard from Grey Poupon with my turkey-it was good :) lol

I'm no connesiour, (i like the yellow stuff).

I have completely traded mustard for all mayo/salad dressing on sandwiches, except of course for tuna/salmon salad where I use Fat Free miracle whip (with a lil mustard for tang)

For anyone reading this to find out if mustard is "good," all spicy condiments like mustard are great when used to replace fattening condiments like mayo.

Moutard (gotta love those Frenchies) is also quite beneficial when used on a poultice to soothe a cut or abrasion.

Of course, you have to resist the urge to nibble at the poultice...
