does anyone eat these?
i recently started basing my meals aroun them, have atleast one a day. they are around 270-300 calories, but they fll me up , and have less then 7 grams of fat, and a lot of protein.
is this bad?
also:S weird fact. the lean cusiine mac n cheese has more fat n calories then the kraft dinner regular one

One a day should be the maximum, as it's definitely 'processed' food. Just mix in plenty of fresh stuff the rest of the time and you should be okay.
So long as your fat calories aren't more than 25% of your daily intake, progress should be steady (always assuming you done your arithmetic correctly for RMR etc.)

If you read the tutorial topic on eating healthy foods you'll see why, long term, that's the way to go. And eating healthy, natural, non-processed foods helps you lose weight.
But the positive thing about these pre-packaged foods is that they're pre-portioned, and controlling portion size is the hard part about eating for some people. So they do have their advantages.
