Meal 1-egg beaters, with portabella mushrooms, onions & 2% cheese slice, oatmeal with 1/2 oz walnuts, 8 oz. V-8

Meal 2-1 1/2 Slimbody protein shake, nevd protein bar, 1/2 apple & 1/2 sugar fee yogurt

Meal 3-salad with lettuce, cole slaw mix, onion, grape tomatoes, black beans, pineapple, chicken and fat free raspberry vinegrette

Meal 4-1/2 protein bar, cole slaw mix with low fat sesame ginger drsg, 2 chicken strips (grilled)

Meal 5-Blue Hake-grilled, 3 servings green beans, fresh tomato or 2

Hisgal, I had a Portabella mushroom for the first time tonight! Great dinner.

Huge mushroom cap 3 minutes a side on the BBQ, fresh green beans and brown rice.

Peter,

   Aren't they yummy?   Best "burger" by far.   I put a little fat free ranch drsg on     top:yum:    I first had one at a little restaurant on the WI side of Lake Pepin.   And I've been grilling they ever since.
