I know several people who love their magic bullet food processor/blender/coffee grinder. I am trying to decide if it's worth it to buy the one from the infomercial, or if I should buy the smaller set at Target.

The website lists two complete sets for $99 something, plus $40 for shipping. Is it worth it to have the second one? The Target one does not have all the accessories, but is only about $60 plus no shipping. Sometimes I like to have extra components to avoid having to hand wash everything.

It looks pretty versatile. I have been putting my blender through double duty since starting my new lifestyle. I also have a food processor. But I'd like to be able to grind flax seeds. It has a coffee grinder attachment.  I also like that you can heat and chill foods in the containers.

What do you think?:dog:

I love my Vita-Mix Super 5000. Couldn't go a day without it. They come with two containers--one for wet foods, and one for dry grinding and kneading. They are not cheap, but they are pretty much unrivaled. And they come with a seven-year warranty. Go to vitamix.com for all the info.

Someone mentioned another machine here in one of the forums that sounded very good also, but I can't remember the name of either the poster or the machine! If I see that post again I will come back and tell you.

You can also buy Vita-Mix, and other blenders, via the amazon.com link on my shopping page and help support this free website!

And I see some good deals there.

Thanks,
