My mom keeps saying I'm losing weight too fast (even though I'm not) and she's accusing me of being anorexic, which I don't think I am...

But how do I hide my weight loss from her and convince her I'm not anorexic?

How much weight loss have you had that hiding it is a problem?

You've previously said your eating habits are erratic, perhaps let her witness you eating properly.

If you had to write a paragraph about why you think you're not anorexic, what would you write?

Only 10 pounds or so. I don't know. I'm weighing myself tomorrow. But I guess it is noticeable, since everyone's been commenting on it. And I think my mom's just jealous because she's having problems losing weight cause she actually likes eating.

I don't even know the signs of anorexia!

Then you should read about it.

The signs of anorexia is someone restricting what they eat, perhaps starving themselves.

I note that you talked about starving and bingeing, and 'not knowing what normal eating is' in one of your earlier posts

Yeah, because I don't think I've ever eaten "normally". Though before I stayed around the same weight somehow... Haha. It's not an ED as much as I just didn't really think about eating. I just ate whenever I wanted to.

Now I actually have to force myself to eat though. =/ That's the weird thing.

What is your height and weight? Then we could be able to say whether you need to get on with losing weight or not.

5kg is noticeable and people comment  but what do they say in your case?

Normal eating is 3 balanced meals a day, which means fiber, protein, carbs and "healthy" fats(polyunsaturated) and could be 2 snacks in between.

Your "forcing to eat" could be because your stomach size has reduced and now you can't eat the same amounts as before and you don't have to.

What do you eat and how much, anyway?can you give us an idea of your daily eating?
