Hello all,
I am 17 years old and have lived on rubbish pretty much all my life. I am 5ft 5 and weigh 78 kilos.
I'm a little bit chubby but most people don't think so and they say I look good. Which is fair(not being modest but weight loss isn't an issue with me)
my issue is that I think I have an eating disorder, having been almost conditioned to unhealthy food at a very young age I don't really eat much else. An issue of which has arisen due to this.
I want to eat more healthily but anything new I try never agrees with me and i regurgatate it again. Anything mushy or liquidy makes me instantly feel sick and anything multi-textural that I have unless i'm used to it doesn't agree either.
I want to be healthy but it seems I can't.
It is the texture of food that doesn't agree with me and because of this I go back to eating #%@&! foods (chocolate, sweets and nothing proper).
Can anyone offor any guidence? Much Appriciated

| Sounds to me like this is something mental....like you've programmed yourself to believe that anything healthy and good for your body won't taste good. Re-program yourself. You said you like sweets, and most fruits are sweet...start there...tell yourself how sweet and delicious it's going to taste and then try it!
