Hi, for a while now iv had alot of food problems, this time last year i wasnt quite anorexic but not far from, and now i cant stop being sick. I eat loads and loads I know i shouldnt but I cant seem to stop myself!!!! I know its probably just me being greedy but I have put on a stone in about 2 weeks, because I know that being sick is wrong so I have stopped/cut down therefore everything is staying inside of me and itsmaking me fat. I cant just seem to eat 3 healthy normal meals a day i will eat gravy and veg and then pig out on chocolates and sweets mindlessly. I know im doing it but I really want to lose weight and get healthy. any help will be amazing. Thanks
becky xx

EDA = Eating Disorder Association has a telephone helpline 0845 634 1414 (weekdays 10.30am-8.30pm, saturdays 1pm-4.30pm, or email helpmail @ edauk.com)
Personally I found the Overeaters Anonymous has helped me. (oa12step4coes.org can lead you to Yahoo mailing lists and IRC online meetings. There are also face-to-face meetings - depends where you live, meetings lists available at oa.org)

I agree with Nir. If you know what you should be doing (or not doing), but you just can't seem to help yourself... then it is probably time to use some outside resources.
Let us know how it goes!
