i'm about 5'2 1/2 and jump around from 95-100lb. everytime i get down to 95, i try to eat a little bit more because i feel weak and too thin. when i get past 96, i feel extremely fat and i get all pessimistic. i'm tired of having to worry about food all the time. right now i'm in school, and my friend gave me a crunch bar that was 320 calories. as i'm sitting in class, i'm overcome with these thoughts on throwing up. i've never thrown up before or gone anorexic. also, lately my stomach has been aching but it'll go away if i eat something. i don't look anorexic or sick at all, so sometimes i feel like i'm not making any progress when it comes to looking thinner..well..my mom says i look sick and my dad tells me to put on a little weight, but the girls at school praise it. please give me some tips. i hate how my weight jumps around, i just want it to stay at 96. thanks you guys

No-one can weigh the same amount every day, everybody's weight fluctuates throughout the day and day-to-day. I use a website called physicsdiet.com to plot my weight and figure out a trend line which makes more sense of those daily fluctuations.

Yes, or you can create a graph and trendline using the specialist function in Excel - you can even do it in Word now.

Sorry - I was simplifying, the trend line I'm talking about is a weighted moving average (today's weight matters more than yesterday's weight, which matters more than the day before etc.) but yes, if anyone is interested, there is a website where you can download an Excel spreadsheet which is pre-configured to do that for you.
