When I ate in such extremes I got help from going to OA's group support meetings.
Please see Could I have an eating disorder?

It doesn't sound as bad as it could be. At least you have that much going for you.
The less severe it is, the easier it is to get under control (in most cases). :)
Just remember that not eating can make you worse in the long run. Try to motivate yourself to eat when you need to, because that's also part of long-term weight loss.
If you honestly think that you have a problem, seek help from a psychologist or nutritional expert.

| This sounds very cliche, but I really believe it's true. The first step to fixing your problem is realizing you have a problem. Since I came to this place only a week or so ago I have realized that I have an eating disorder and am on my way to helping myself. Just look around here and feel free to ask any questions, people here are really willing to help. :)

I completely understand. Everyone in my family is overweight, but for me that just makes me want to work harder and be healthier :)
