| why does it say everywhere that apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water should be drunk before a meal? why not after? i drink some before, after and even in between. it just doesn't make sense to drink it on an empty stomach. it won't have anything to work on...

I have never seen this before so I had to search on it.
There are a couple of studies that suggest drinking the apple cider vinegar may make people feel fuller. But it is hard to tell if that is from the vinegar or just the effect of drinking an extra glass of water before eating. If you drink it before a meal you may be able to stop eating sooner or avoid going back for seconds.
If it does not help you eat less then drinking it will have no effect on your ability to lose weight. A little acetic acid is not going to destroy the food before your body can digest it.

exactly what Doug said plus it's a diuretic...drinking it a couple times a day is going to make you release a lot more fluid so it looks like you're losing weight (scale wise) but it's just water weight; - it can be a slight plus if you've been eating a couple of salty meals....on the con side, like any other diuretic use, it increases the amount of minerals lost so you can end up with some nutritional deficiencies.

| Ok, I want to know how this stuff taste. Is it like regular apple cider or what. I also, want to know if you drink it strait or do you mix it with stuff? Call me dumb, but I want to know more about this stuff.

I don't like the sounds of that.
