hi
i have a question about diet
i knew from my study that not more than 1.5 kg loss in weight per week acceptable ,and when i make calculations of weight loss it gives me that this person must loss 1.65kg per week , how could i manage his diet to loss only 1.5 kg not more
these r the calculations
he must get 1634.5 kcal to loss 1.65kg per week put this is too much and unsafe for his health also he is playing fitness .

Hello Suha,
I am not sure I understand your question, but here are a few comments.
I have not heard that it's safe to lose 1.5 kg a week. Here in the US we often hear that 1 to 2 pounds is safe, but 1.5 kg is 3.3 pounds.
As a side note, it can be safe to lose weight quickly if you are eating highly nutritious foods (see website FAQ). The problem with losing weigh quickly is usually that people just eat less of the same foods they were eating and so if they eat too little they won't get adequate nutrition.
Back to your question... again I don't think I understand what you are asking. But if you want to lose weight "safely" then it will simply have to take longer.
