Im always hungry, its insane! I eat my three meals a day, and it good portions but Im always hungry 20 mins later, and I eat nad eat... so I lost 5 pds but cant seem to keep it off, doesnt go up past my 148, but Im gettting frusterated.

PLEASE some tipps to not eat eat eat

Hmm.. maybe you could switch from eating 3 big meals a day to 5 (more or less) smaller ones, that's what helped me.  Also eat lots of yummy foods that fill you up like fruits , since it has a lot of water in it, and veggies though it won't stick with you forever but if you're eating more often then it doesn't matter.:smile:  I think protein helps you to feel fuller longer too, which is in stuff like nuts, cheese, meat ect.. 

Drink a lot of water too, that really helps you feel full and it's super good for you!:tongue:  Well, I hope this helps and I'm sure some more knowledgeable people than me can help you too lol.:grin:

What's your calorie target? Dvide it by six and eat six small meals per day.

Let's say your target is 1400. Divide that by six and you've got about 230. You can eat at 8:00, 10:30, 1:00, 3:30, 6:00, and 8:30. Or whatever times. but if you knew you were going to be ab;e to eat something again in two and half hours would it be easier?

Also, how do you know you are truly hungry? Is it HUNGER or is it MAN I REALLY WANT A BOWL OF CHIPS? When you are HUNGRY, what are you eating? A sandwich and an apple, or a candy bar and a doughnut?

If you are "hungry" but going for junk foods, snack foods, fatty foods, sugary foods, snack foods...than most likely it is not hunger. It might be bored, sadness, any number of other emotions, but not boredom. The next time you are "hungry", ask yourself, "Am I really hungry? Or do I just wanna snack because I am anxious, upset, angry, sad, bored, or because a bowl of ice cream sounds really good right now?"

If the answer is, yes, I am truly hungry, then is it possible you are either not eating enough food, or not the right kind of food? Contrary to popular believe, all calories are not created equal. A 200 calorie candy bar is not going to satisfy you the way 200 calories of banana will. Is it possible you are not adequately nourishing yourself?

Thankks soo much!  Im going to try to smaller meals in a day to spread it out!! and my target is 2000, so Im hopeing that will help! i love love love water so ill drink a lot more! and I think Im bored a lot of the time, i need to master that!
