Hi. I weigh 130 pounds. I would like to weigh 110 by March, April, or May. I want to loose 4 to 5 pounds a month. Do you think this is possible?
Here?óÔé¼Ôäós my plan:
12:00 Eat an apple at school (around 80 calories)
4:30 Come home from school and eat whatever my mom made. This makes loosing weight hard because I eat Indian food and it has sooo much oil and I can?óÔé¼Ôäót count how many calories there are in it. (Hmmm... I?óÔé¼Ôäóll say?óÔé¼?ª a least 1000) (This fills me up a lot)
6:00 Exercise on a treadmill (125 calories, 39 fat calories)
7:00 Eat a special k 90 calorie bar (90 calories)
8:00 Eat a salad with chicken and croutons (About 200 calories) If I run out of lettuce I eat about 2-3 cups of special k cereal with skim milk (about 200-300 calories 0 fat calories)
I usually drink 6 glasses of water
I try to exercise everyday but if I go at this rate will I be able to loose weight by March if I exercise every other day?
Thanks you soo much for your help

I don't know what time you get out of bed, but unless it's 1140, you're skipping breakfast. That won't help weight loss.
Aim to spread out your food intake over the day. Your main meal is too high a % of your intake. So long as you're used to a 'big meal', you'll find portion control extremely difficult. Why not eat a smaller portion of what your mother cooks? If it's high fat, then balance that out by eating low fat the rest of the time.
Try to have 3 meals and 2 or 3 snacks every day.
I find that most people respond well to this regime (give or take a little):
Bfast: 20%
Snack: 15%
Lunch: 20%
Snack: 15%
Dinner: 20%
Snack: 10%
Try it and see if it works for you.
Good luck.
