Hello im new to the site and really would like some advise on well weight loss obviously.

Im 5.4 and weigh 184lbs or 13st  my weight holds me back in everything i do... i have absolutly no self confidence... My partner is very supportive of me but yet still wants me to loose weight and make little comments all the time about how when we first met i was alot thinner....

But yet she doesnt realise that the constant nagging leads me to wanting to eat more.....

I know i have put on alot of weight i would like to get fitter and have a healthier life style but it just seems so hard.....

I dont want this to seem like a feel sorry for me thread because its not, i just need a little Guidance......

Tell her this!  If she's supporting you in this, she'd be more than happy to do all she can to help you. She wouldn't want you to get off track, after all.
