Critique of my diet

if you read my introduction thread then you will know that i am aiming to lose about a stone. i don't have a time limit - if i put too much pressure on myself then i set myself up to fail ;)

so my current diet is as follows

breakfast - weetabix with s-skimmed milk

mid-morning snack - satsuma

lunch - wholemeal ham sandwich with low fat/sugar yoghurt

afternoon snack - nutri-grain goodness bar

tea - grilled chicken/pasta/other healthy meals

bedtime - cereal

as far as the snacking goes i have to, as i am diabetic :? and if i dont i have a hypo :( so i cant really cut them out

i also try and run for one hour a day, but in this heat its more like half run/fast walking :P

Hi Ponyrider. 

It looks as if you have a lot of fiber and protein there, which is great, but why not add in more fruits and veggies?  I've always had the most success when I fill at least half my plate with fresh fruits and veggies at every meal:)
