I have just found this forum and have to say it is one of the most informative i have come across :D
I'm Sam, I'm 17 and want to lose about a stone
Over the past few years i have gained a little weight and have managed to lose most of it, but this last stone is refusing to come off 
Hopefully by joining this forum i will be more determined and knowledgable about getting (and keeping) it off
i am about 5'7" and 11 stones, not overweight but i would like to lose this little extra weight all the same :D
