Hello, firstly i will introduce myself, My name is Stuart and im 20 years old from the UK. I am roughly around 3 stone overweight and im not very happy with this. I have a stunning loving girlfriend of whom i have been with for 5 years this August.
I am not happy with how i am, i look at many diets, and read many many stories but non of them seem to apply to me. Yes im overweight and need help, yes i want to lose the weight.
But thats as fare as it goes, i dont seem to eat healthy food, its not down to choice- just the fact i dont eat a lot of it. I dont like salads, fruits and vedgetables. Most of the food i do eat isnt the best (burgers, southern fried chicken etc).
Now i was wondering if somebody could help me solve my problem!!

You seem to know what the problem is. What kind of help are you looking for from others?

| well basically you read about all these diets and they say eat vedges, fruits etc but i dont eat this kind of food because i dont like it. Now i can start to excersise which i find a real strain and i really dont enjoy doing but eating the same unhealthy foods ent gonna help me lose the weight. So i was hoping someone else can help me out with some suggestions of some sort!

Healthy foods, like exercise, are actually quite enjoyable. If you're not familiar with them, you just have to introduce yourself very slowly.
Hopefully others will post some good ideas for you. I've written all I know in the Tutorial.

You didn't say they made you ill. I'd see a doctor about that.
But if you just don't like them, then my answer is... the same way I ran my first marathon. I started by walking around the block.
I would have hated running at the start, but by the time I'd worked up to it I couldn't wait!
As the tutorial on low calorie diets explains, you can lose weight eating cheesecake if you like.

| Well Stuart, I guess you could try the Atkins diet. I don't think it's particularly healthy personally but if you really are that against fruit and veg and like meat and fatty foods then it could at least help you to lose weight. Would be good if you could gradually adopt some healthier eating habits though!
