Hey people. I had come back from a year of backpacking europe, drinking and smoking most nights and put on some weight. I work 6 days a week so have very little time for exercise so i put together a raw food diet. For the last 30 day have just been eating raw fruits, vegetables, juiced vegetables nuts and seeds.
