| I just picked my book up again and am ready to begin. Is anyone familiar with this approach? It is not a diet, but a set of changes.

When I was briefly on the Dr Fuhrman website (it is usually a pay forum but it was a special offer) there was a fantastic sub-community all following her book and I picked up a lot just reading that.

Yep, it is the same author. I wonder how it is different. I ordered it, it was only $6.00.
As part of the Beck Diet Solution, you are supposed to have a diet buddy. It really sounds like a good solution, changing the way we think. I am hoping it can help me :)
