| ok about 4 years ago i started down the road of waightloss.. i was 31 and 400 pounds.. for the first 2 years everything went fine then the 3rd year in the stomach pain started. but i found if i ate unhealthy it wouldnt act up, the worse i ate the less pain id have.. after a year of doctors telling me oh just cange your diet and other bs i gave up.. this pain would keep me up for hours rocking in pain 3x a week and i couldnt take it anymore and gave up on my lifestyle change.. i had gone from 400+ pounds down to 220.. in the last year the waight is coming back and i hate it! everytime i start to eat less and eat the way i did before the pain starts up and i give up... i lost the waight a good way, no fad diets.. i ate 5x small meals.. and worked out 5days a week now i dont have the energy to work out anymore.. what im wondering if anyone had these pains and can help me find a way to get rid of them so i can eat the way i want to.. i have the willpower. im writing this after having oatmeal for breakfast and my somach hurts.. any help would be great

I'm not a doctor and I don't know the answer to your question.
My mum has also identified this absurd situation where healthy food results in pain and unhealthy food doesn't (and large amounts of anything, healthy or unhealthy). In her case it is 'reflux'.
My idea:
If you are interested in helping yourself out 'naturally', one useful source is Dr Joel Fuhrman. He has a general eating plan (which will probably upset your body) detailed in his book Eat To Live, but he does customise his recommendations for all sorts of conditions. The first step might be to go to his website and look at an offer to get one free newsletter in exchange for joining his mailing list = pick the one that best matches your condition and read his customised recommendations.
(for example, sometimes he cuts out or de-emphasizes foods, suggests lightly cooking, smoothies, juices etc.)
The next progression is to pay for his Ask The Doctor forum. If you do you can have an online conversation with him about your specific problems and he'll come up with something.
I guess you could also try researching your problem on the net.

| Also, read up about diverticulitus. A colonoscopy may be required to diagnose.

I'm not a doctor so I advice you to go to a physician. I suspect that you have ulcer or GU because you eat less. It it not healthy to do that. You just need a proper diet and exercise to lose weight.

| @Abimael - Are you able to walk? If so this could be a good starting place for you in regards to exercise. Take it slowly and increase the distance or speed a little each week.
